舒适护理对肾穿刺活检术后病人的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察舒适护理对肾穿刺活检术后病人不适症状的影响。方法将31例行肾穿刺活检病人按住院时间分为对照组和实验组。对照组16例，采用沙袋压迫穿刺点后外加多头腹带包扎、术侧肢体制动6h，绝对卧床24h后可下床活动；实验组15例，局部沙袋压迫加术侧肢体制动4h时，协助病人采取侧卧位、半卧位，肢体轻微弯曲、伸展，按摩术侧肢体，卧床24h后可下床活动。结果两组病人舒适度比较（排尿困难、腰背酸痛、术侧肢体麻木、烦躁、失眠），实验组优于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论舒适护理能缩短病人强迫体位卧床时间，减少术后不适，能最大限度减少病人不愉快，提高病人对护理工作的满意度。Objective To observe the effect of comfortable nurse on the patients with indisposition symptoms after renal needle biopsy. Method 31 patients after renal needle biopsy were divided into control group （n= 16） and experimental group （n=15） according to the length of days in hospital. The punctures of patients in control group were pressed by sandbags and their abdomens were binded by multichannel abdominal bandage, and operative side limbs were immobility for 6 hours. The patients could get out of bed after 24 hours of absolute rest; the patients in experimental group were applied partial sandbags pressing, the operative side limb were immobility for 4 hours, and were assisted to take the lateral position, semi-supine, physically slight bending, stretching and massage on the operative side body, they could get out of bed after 24 hours of absolute bed rest. Results There were significant difference between two groups in dysuria, back pain, the operative side limb numbness, irritability and insomnia （P 〈 005）, but no statistical differences in postoperative complications. Conclusion Comfortable nurse could shorten the time in bed with sick forced posture, reduce postoperative discomfort, minimize unpleasant and improve patients＇ satisfaction with the nursing service.
