摘　　要：通过对纺织类专业工学结合实施现状的多项调查,全面分析实施瓶颈的构成因素。从社会、企业、政府、学校、教师、学生多个层面深入研究实施对策,以进一步探索人才培养模式,深化职业教育教学改革。Through investigations of the present condition of work integrated learning in textile specialty, this paper makes an overall analysis of the components of the implementation bottleneck. From levels of society, enterprises, government, schools, teachers and students, it makes a deep study of the measures so as to further explore the training pattern of talented personnel and deepen the teaching reform of vocational education.
