摘　　要：如何第一时间为社会公众提供地震信息服务是一项十分重要的社会职能。基于福建省地震局互联网门户网站,使用网站脚本、数据库和软件编程技术,通过扫描和采集由福建地震台网监测到的最新地震速报数据,实现在网站上自动发布福建省及周边地区的震情速报信息。How to provide earthquake rapid report information services for the public in the first time is a very important social function. Based on the website of Fujian Earthquake Administration, we use web script , database and soft programming technology , through scanning and acquisition the newest earthquake rapid report data monitored by monitoring networks of Earthquake Administration, to realize automatic publishing earthquake rapid report information of Fujian province and surrounding areas on website.
