提高自动轧管机组钢管壁厚精度的途径

摘　　要：指出了钢管壁厚精度是自动轧管机组产品技术要求中控制难度较大的指标。根据对安阳钢铁集团有限责任公司无缝钢管厂Φ100mm自动轧管机组钢管壁厚精度影响因素的分析，提出了提高该机组钢管壁厚精度的改进措施。It is emphasized that W. T. accuracy as one of the technical requirements for tubes by the plug mill is rather difficult to be controlled. Based on the analysis concerning the elements responsible for W. T. accuracy of the Φ100mm plug pipe mill installed at Seamless Steel Tube Plant,Anyang I & S Group Co., Ltd.,relevant measures are proposed for improving the W. T. accuracy of the said mill line.
