心电图T_(V1)>T_(V5)、T_(V6)患者平板运动试验分析

摘　　要：目的探讨心电图TV1>TV5、TV6综合征患者平板运动试验的临床意义。方法:回顾性对照分析58例TV1>TV5、TV6者与52例无TV1>TV5、TV6者的平板运动试验结果。结果运动前两组比较,心率、血压、年龄无明显差异(P>0.05)。运动后对两组运动时间、最大ST段下移、峰值心率百分比、运动试验阳性率等进行比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论心电图TV1>TV5、TV6可视为早期冠状动脉功能不全的一种提示信号。Objective To study the clinical significance of treadmill exercise test（TET） in the diagnosis to the Syndrome with the feature of ECG Tv1〉 Tv5 ,Tvs. Methods 58 cases with ECG TV1〉 Tv5, Tv6 and 52 cases without ECG Tv1〉 Tv5,Tv6 were compared and analyzed. Results Heart rate, blood pressure and age of two groups had no significant difference prior to TET （ P 〉 0.05）. There are significant difference in exercise time,the maximum depression of ST segment, the percentage of peak heart rate and the positive rate of the TET after exercise （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The ECG with the feature of TV1〉 Tv5,Tv6 can be considered as a signal in early coronary incompetence.
