摘 要:以黑龙江萝北石墨为原料,采用H_3PO_4和CH_3COOH插层石墨,微波膨化制备了无硫膨胀石墨。采用IP、XRD和SEM测试技术进行结构表征,并对比不同插层剂制备的膨胀石墨微波膨化的膨胀效果与结构差异。研究表明:对于磷酸法制备的膨胀石墨,其微波膨胀效果与结构完整性均优于冰乙酸法制备的膨胀石墨,磷酸法制备的膨胀石墨的膨胀倍率可达到282mL·g^(-1)。Based on the raw materials found in Luobei (Heilongjiang province), the sulfur-free expanded graphite were intercalated by prepared H3PO4 or CH3COOH and then obtained via microwave method. IR, X..ray diffraction and SEM analysis techniques were used to identify their structure. The differences between structure and microwave expanded property of sulfur-free expanded graphite prepared under various intercalate reagent was carefully studied. The results showed that the expanded graphite fabricated by H3PO4 method owned better microwave expanded property and higher structure integrity than the one fabricated by CH3COOH method. The former one exhibited an excellent expansion volume, corresponding to 282mL·g^-1.
