摘  要:针对中小口径药筒除锈困难的现状,详细分析了钢质药筒内表面锈蚀的原因和机理,提出了振动除锈工艺方法,基于振动除锈原理,对工艺参数进行了试验研究。现场试验结果表明:该除锈工艺方法可以去除药筒内表面的锈蚀物残渣和旧漆层。According to the difficult situation of rust removal for middle and small-bore cartridge case, the reason and mechanism of corrosion on the interior surface of steel cartridge case were analyzed. The vibration rust removal technology was proposed, and based on the vibration theory, some technology parameters were studied by test. On the spot test results indicated that the rust residue and the past lacquer layer could be removed by use of vibration rust removal.
