摘  要:随着全国联网和电力市场的逐步推进,迫切要求对互联系统间的联络线输送功率进行有效控制。选择发电机输出功率转移分布因子法(GSDF)做控制算法,设计了基于WAMS平台的联络线定功率控制系统及其实现方案。采用功能划分、线程分解、并行处理、存储静态参数库等方法,使系统实时在线应用成为可能。算例研究表明,算法具有较高的精度,功率调整方便快捷,为在线监视、调整、控制联络线潮流提出了广阔的工程应用前景。With the development of the nationwide power grid interconnection and power market, the effective control of inter -area tieline power transmission is strongly demanded. Generation shifted distribution factor (GSDF) is selected as the control algorithm. The tie - line scheduled power control system and its implementation scheme are designed based on WAMS platform. The methods such as function division, thread decomposition, parallel processing and storage static parameter library are used to realize the real - time online application of the system. The examples indicate that it has a high accuracy and can be easily adjusted, which provides a bright future of online monitoring and controlling of tie - line power flow.
