摘  要:介绍了SHP-01F全馏分裂解汽油一段加氢催化剂在中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司全馏分裂解汽油加氢装置的工业应用,结合物理吸附、透射电镜等物化表征数据与在该装置上运行的进口催化剂进行对比。结果表明,SHP-01F全馏分裂解汽油一段加氢催化剂双烯反应活性和选择性高,抗干扰能力强和稳定性良好,适应高空速和高水分、高胶质含量的全馏分裂解汽油一段加氢工艺,运行结果均优于进口催化剂。全馏分裂解汽油一段加氢催化剂性能关键在于提高其耐杂质性能,指出了调变催化剂的孔结构与分布、活性组分的分布及其电荷性质是提高催化剂性能的方向。The industrial application of SHP-01F catalyst for first stage selective hydrogenation of full range pyrolysis gasoline in SINOPEC Guangzhou Company is introduced,and it is compared with Pt-based LD-365 catalyst and Ni-based HTC-400 catalyst based on the physical and chemical characterization data including physical adsorption,TEM and XPS.The results show that SHP-01F catalyst has characteristics of high diene conversion activity, high selectivity,good stability and strong anti-disturbance ability.It is applicable to the first stage selective hydrogenation of full range pyrolysis gasoline,which has high space velocity and high water and gum content.The operation performance of SHP-01F catalyst is superior to that of Pt-based LD-365 catalyst and Ni-based HTC-400 catalyst.It is pointed out that the key to the good performance of catalyst for first stage selective hydrogenation of full range pyrolysis gasoline is to enhance its impurity resistance, and the catalyst performance may be improved by adjusting the pore structure distribution,active component distribution and charge properties of the catalyst.
