摘　　要：介绍特色数据库建设是江苏省高校数字图书馆建设的主要内容,并已取得一定的成效。指出在特色库建设中,基本思路清晰、建设目标准确,注重分类指导、加强组织领导和规范管理是值得借鉴的成功经验。针对特色数据库建设中特色资源的整合与利用、成果的开放共享及发展机制等方面存在的问题,提出创新发展思路、注重特色库建设的可持续发展和逐步建立评价体系是特色库建设应重视的问题。The characteristic database construction is one of main contents of the university digital library construction in Jiangsu province, which has obtained a definite effect. In the process of the characteristic database construction, the distinct basic thought, accurate constructive target, stressing on the classification guidance, strengthening the organizing leadership and the management standardization are also the successful experiences to be good for reference. In this paper,aimed at existent problems of the characteristic database construction such as utilization and conformity of the characteristic resources, opening communion of the achievements and development mechanism etc. ,the important problems should be to propose the innovative developing idea of the characteristic databases construction, pay attention to the sustainable development and work up the evaluating system of the characteristic databases construction.
