摘　　要：日本是节能环保先进国家,可称为可持续发展的典范,其作法与经验可为我们提供有益借鉴。本文从四个方面全面梳理与介绍其作法与经验:一是大力推进环保事业、实施环境立国战略,二是发展循环经济、建设循环型社会,三是推进能源与产业结构调整、实施新国家能源战略,四是推动全社会节能减排行动、应对全球气候变化。Japan is a country of advanced energy saving and environmental protection, which can be described as a model for sustainable development. It＇ s practice and experience can provide us with a useful reference. The paper arranges and introduces Japanese practice and experience on energy saving and environmental protection on four aspects： First, vigorously promoting the environmental protection, and implementing a national environmental strategy; Second, Developing a circular economy and building a recycling-oriented society; Third, promoting energy and industrial restructuring, and implementing a new national energy strategy; Fourth, promoting a community-wide action of energy-saving and emission reduction, and dealing with global climate change issues.
