摘  要:聚氨酯硬泡夹芯保温轻墙由2层混凝土轻质墙板作外层和聚氨酯硬泡夹芯层组成,利用硬泡聚氨酯良好的粘结特性,发泡成型与轻质混凝土墙形成一个整体,具有极佳的保温、隔热和防潮效果。设计了30个试件,分别进行聚氨酯硬泡保温材料发泡硬化体积膨胀试验、聚氨酯硬泡保温材料与混凝土之间的粘结性能试验、聚氨酯硬泡保温材料的强度和变形性能试验、聚氨酯硬泡保温轻墙的抗弯承载力试验和轴心受压试验,通过试验揭示了该新型轻质墙板的受力机理和破坏形态,获取了聚氨酯硬泡保温材料的本构关系以及粘结强度等重要参数。The rigid polyurethane foam sandwich lightweight wall panel is composed of two layers of concrete wall panels and the rigid polyurethane foam core. Making use of the good bond property of the rigid polyurethane,the foam and lightweight concrete wall form an integrity,which has excellent sound,thermal and moisture insulation ability. 30 specimens were designed for test. The basic mechanical behaviors are studied in this paper, including the rigid polyurethane foam volumetric expansion test after harden- ing, the bond stress between polyurethane foam and concrete, the strength and deformation performance of polyurethane foam insulation material,and the bearing capacity and axial compression test of the new sandwich lightweight wall panel. The mechanism performance and failure pattern can be revealed by the test. The test results reveal the force mechanism and failure mode of the new wall panel,and some important parameters,such as constitutive relation and bond strength of the polyurethane foam are gained from the test.
