摘  要:针对重庆某混凝土空心砌块企业产品遇水开裂、溃散现象,通过现场调查及化学分析、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜/X射线能谱(SEM/EDS)等手段对其原因进行研究后发现,该企业未对原材料特性进行系统分析,盲目地将循环流化床燃煤固硫灰渣替代煤粉炉灰渣用于砌块的生产。原材料中含有一定量的游离氧化钙、大量硬石膏,它们水化反应生成氢氧化钙、二水石膏、以及二者再与水泥水化产物反应生成钙矾石共同产生的膨胀,是导致该混凝土空心砌块开裂、溃散破坏的主要原因。Aiming at the phenomenon of water-cracking and dispersing of the concrete hollow block made by one manufacturer in Chongqing, through on-site investigation,chemical analysis,X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy/energy dispersive scanning (SEM/EDS),research results show that the company did not carry out systematical analysis to the properties of raw materials,substituted the fly ash with circulation fluidized bed ash/slag in a wrong way to produce concrete hollow hock. Large quantity of f-CaO and anhydrite exist in the raw material will produce Ca(OH)2, CaSO4·2H2O from hydration,which will again produce ettringite through reaction with hydration of cement,the jointly expansion is the main reason results in cracking and dispersing of concrete hollow block.
