摘　　要：介绍夹芯式注孔保温全煤矸石烧结砌块的生产工艺和工艺技术要点,这种保温和建筑围护功能为一体的外墙材料属于传统墙体材料的节能型产品,容易被用户接受,节能和利废效果明显,具有显著的技术经济效果。在不增加其它保温措施的前提下,砌块墙体可达到严寒地区第三阶段围护结构建筑节能65%的目标。The paper introduces the production process and key technology of the thermal insulation sintered block. As the energy-saving product of traditional wall material, this external wall material has function of thermal insulation and building enclosure and is easily accepted by the customer. It has remarkable technological and economic benefit because of its obvious energy saving effect and making a full use of scrap raw materials. The goal of enclosure structure building energy saving 65 percent could be achieved concerning the block wall at the third stage in severe cold area without making any additional measure of thermal insulation.
