摘 要:采用半电池电位法研究了持续氯盐侵蚀和干湿循环条件下,不同水灰比、表面防护与未防护混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的发展规律。结果表明,当水灰比从0.4增大到0.6,混凝土内钢筋的锈蚀速率增大了约2倍;水灰比相同时,应用硅烷防水剂进行表面防护,混凝土的锈蚀速率明显小于未防护混凝土,且表面防护对于已出现钢筋锈蚀的混凝土依然有效。因此,表面防护是提高和改善新建及既有混凝土结构耐久性的有效措施。The half-cell potential method was used to study the development rule of corrosion conditions of reinforced bar in concrete with different water-cement ratio,surface treatment or without surface treatment respectively under the condition of continuous chloride penetration and drying-wetting cycle. The results indicate that the corrosion rate has been increased nearly two times with the change of water cement ratio from 0.4 to 0.6;and the corrosion developing speed of specimen with surface treatment of permeable coating is obviously slower than that without surface treatment for the same water cement ratio. Furthermore,the surface treatment is still effective for the corroded specimen. Therefore, surface treatment is an effective method to upgrade and improve the durability of existing and newly-buih concrete structures.
