摘　　要：作为低层钢结构住宅建筑的重要形式之一,冷弯薄壁型钢龙骨式结构近年来在国外发展迅速,目前在国内市场上也有一定的应用。介绍新型冷弯薄壁型钢结构的体系、结构抗震和抗风性能及经济性,探讨该体系向多层建筑发展的可行性。并结合我国国情,提出促进冷弯薄壁型钢房屋结构在我国推广应用的建议。As one of the main structure forms of low-rise steel residential buildings, cold-formed thin-walled light-gauge steel structure system has been developed rapidly in foreign countries recently. At present, this structure also enters the domestic market. This paper introduces architectural physics,earthquake resistance,wind resistance,and economy of this structure and the feasibility of application in muhi-storey building is also discussed. Finally,in combination with China＇s national condition,some suggestions for promoting application of cold-formed thin-walled steel residential structure in our nation are given.
