重庆工业专门化部门与经济增长的灰色关联分析

摘　　要：为了了解重庆产业结构变化,调整现阶段产业发展,本文采用区位商法和灰色关联度法对重庆1998—2006年工业专门化部门及其与经济增长的关联度进行计算,并对计算结果进行分析。结果表明:1)交通运设输设备制造业具有十分明显的比较优势,但与重庆GDP的灰色关联系数却不高,应利用好重庆在西部地区的增长极作用,适时地培育出新的、类似于交通运设输设备制造业这样具有突出优势的产业。医药制造业具有较为显著的比较优势,且与重庆GDP的灰色关联系数高,应考虑将其列为未来发展的主导产业;2)水的生产和供应业比较优势不明显,但是与重庆GDP的灰色关联系数较高,应在未来工业用水的供应量方面应加大投入,避免出现因缺水而制约整个城市的经济发展的情况出现;3)烟草制造、饮料、金属与非金属采矿选业虽然具有一定的比较优势,与经济的灰色关联也很紧密,但是这些行业自身经济总量不大,且与其它产业的关联度小,难于对重庆经济产生强有力的、持久稳定的拉动作用,所以应适度的发展这一类产业。通过此分析,明确了重庆工业部门的比较优势现状,并注意到在发展经济注重劳动地域分工时,不但要协调各个工业产业之间比例关系,还应培育包括医药制造业等在内的潜在的主导产业。In order to understand the changes of industrial structure in Chongqing and adjust the present industrial development, by the method of gray correlation degree and location quotient , this paper calculates the relational degree of department of industrial specialization and economic growth in Chongqing in 1998--2006, and analyse the result of calculation. The results show： 1 ） transportation equipment industry has very clear comparative advantages, whose gray correlation. Coefficient, however, is not high ; the role of growth poles of Chongqing in the western region should be used effectively and new industries, outstanding, for example, transportation equipment industry should be bred timely. Medical and pharmaceutical product industry has some more significant comparative advantages, and should be considered as a future leading industry, for it gray correlation coefficient is high ; 2） comparative advantage of water production and supply industry is not obvious, but the gray correlation coefficient is higher. Their investment should be increased in future to avoid the situation when water shortages constrain economic development of the whole city; 3 ） tobacco products, beverage production, metal and nonmetal mining and dressing industries have certain comparative advantages, and their relations to the economy is also very close, but the total economic output and the correlation with other industries are small and it is difficult to produce lasting and stable effect to Chongqing＇s economy. So this type of industry should be developed suitably. By this analysis, we understand the condition of regional comparative advantages in Chongqing and pay attention to the labor geographical division. It is not only the industrial ratio should be co-ordinated but also the potential of leading industries including medical and pharmaceutical product industry should be cultivated.
