台商在福建省投资发展态势与对策

摘　　要：分析台商在福建省投资的现状,归纳台商在福建投资的发展态势,认为台商在福建投资呈现以下特征:投资区域逐步扩展、投资规模扩大、投资结构升级、投资"雁群现象"、投资"本土化"趋势、福建优势弱化和台商投资区布局不合理等.在此基础上,提出福建必须改善投资环境,调整产业结构,培育产业集群和完善产业链,合理规划建设台商投资区,强化闽台产业合作基地建设等对策措施.From the status quo of Taiwan direct investment（TDI） in Fujian province to proceed, the paper summerizes the developing trend of Taiwan direct investment in Fujian, which shows the following characteristics, such as the region of TDI has gradually expanded, the scale of TDI is in expansion,the investment structure is also upgraded ,and turn on ＂Together investment phenomenon＂ and ＂localization＂ trend, Fujian＇s advantage has been weakening and the planning and layout of Taiwan direct investment zones is unreasonable and so on. On this basis, the paper puts forward countermeasures such as improving the investment environment, adjusting the industrial structure, fostering industrial clusters and completing industrial chain, planning and constructing Taiwan direct investment zones in reasonable, strengthening construction of cooperation industry base between Fujian and Taiwan and so on.
