组合赋权的多目标决策区间法在大气评价中的应用

摘  要:为了使评价方法更符合实际,将评价标准处理成区间的形式,并用通过组合权重法确定各指标的权重,提出了基于组合赋权思想与理想区间的多目标决策方法,然后将其应用于厦门市的大气环境质量评价.计算结果表明,该方法较好地解决了指标权重的分配问题,评价结果更加真实、可靠、合理,是一种有效的环境质量评价方法.In order to evaluate environmental quality scientifically,a new approach to multiple objectives decision making based on combinational weight and ideal interval is proposed in this paper. The ideal interval is obtained by using assessment standard instead of ideal points. Then, the weight of every objective is computed by means of combinational weight method. The result shows that the method resolves weight allocation, and it' s a good multiple objectives decision making method for environmental quality assessment.
