摘  要:人造金刚石的抗氧化性是国际上评价其性能优劣的重要指标。文章以粉末铁基触媒中掺入不同含量的供硼剂为硼源,用静压法得到含硼量不同的人造金刚石。利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和差热分析仪对含硼金刚石的晶形、晶体结构和抗氧化性能进行了研究,并与同样工艺条件下得到的普通金刚石进行对比,结果证明此种合成方法能够得到抗氧化性能优异的金刚石。Oxidation resistance has been an important guide hne to evaluate the quality anu capability of synthetic diamond in the world. In this paper different concentrations of boride powders were put into the powdered iron-based catalyst to get the different kinds of boron-doped diamonds with high oxidation resistance under the high temperature-high pressure conditions. The optics microscope, x-ray diffractometer and different thermal analyzer were carried out to investigate the morphology, crystal structure and oxidation resistance of different kinds of boron-doped diamonds. The experimental results demonstrate that the diamonds with high oxidation resistant can be attained through controlling the boron concentration in the metal catalyst.
