摘　　要：给出了K-拟次酉矩阵的概念,讨论了这类矩阵及其特例K-(反)次酉矩阵的性质及其它们之间的关系.In this paper,we give the concepts of K- quasi-sub-Unitary tmatrix to obtain the properties of these generalized matrices. Moreover, we obtain the properties of the K-sub- Unitary Matrix which are the special cases of K-Anti -sub- Unitary Matrix respectively. In the end, we present the relations among these generalized matrices
