摘　　要：介绍了一种在先成圆再变方生产方式下的方矩型管孔型设计方法，利用方矩形管成品尺寸作为变形轧辊的内接尺寸，通过简单的计算公式得到各道轧辊孔型，根据成品管长宽比合理配置孔型结构，有效提高管坯表面轧制质量。A kind of pass design method of square-rectangular tube under the production mode of the firstly forming into the round tube and then becoming into the square one is introduced. By taking the square-rectangular finished tube dimensions as the internal connection dimensions of the deforming rolls, and simple calculation formula can get every roll pass. According to the ratio of the length and width from the finished tube, reasonably arranging the pass structure, the rolling quality of the pipe blank surface can be improved effectively.
