摘　　要：以国内外隧道及地下工程项目风险管理研究为基础,探讨了风险管理在隧道工程施工中的应用过程,描述了一个较为完善的风险管理流程。并对隧道工程中的风险识别、风险估计、风险评价、风险应对和风险监控的内容和方法做了简单的论述。最后根据以上的分析,规范了隧道工程风险管理的工作标准。Based on the international researches about risk management of tunnel and underground projects,it was discussed the application process of risk management in tunnel constructions,and then was described an integrated risk management procedure for tunnel projects. Contents and methods of risk identification,risk analysis,risk evaluation,risk response and risk supervision in tunnel projects were also discussed. At the end,accord!ng to the analysis of the whole text,it was standardized the tunnel project risk management standards.
