摘　　要：利用博弈方法研究信用担保机构与协作银行合作的条件。在合作的前提下,通过建立数学模型研究了担保贷款规模和责任分担比例等问题。研究表明,当担保费率和代偿率充分接近、贷款利率和代偿率充分接近时,担保规模会充分大。The paper studies the conditions on which associated bank is ready to collaborate with credit guaranty institution applying to game theory. On a basis of those,mathematical models which figures out the fund scale of credit guaranty and the proportion of responsibility of guaranty is to be established.
