摘 要:目的探讨非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与2型糖尿病大血管并发症的关系及临床应用价值。方法选择2型糖尿病患者120例,分为糖尿病无大血管并发症组60例(B组),糖尿病大血管并发症组60例(C组),并选择正常对照组100例(A组),检测各组血脂并计算非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-HDL-C),通过比较分析non-HDL-C与2型糖尿病大血管并发症的关系及临床应用价值。结果A组、B组、C组non-HDL-C水平依次升高,(3.04±0.62)mmol/L,(3.68±0.56)mmol/L vs(4.64±0.82)mmol/L(P<0.01);运用接收者工作特征(ROC)曲线对B、C组的血脂指标进行分析显示,C组non-HDL-C的曲线下面积最大,为0.845,且B、C两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),临床应用价值较大。结论non-HDL-C的增高是糖尿病大血管并发症的危险因素,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the relationship of non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol(non-HDL-C) and macrovascular complications with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and analyze the clinical application value of non-HDL C. Methods A total of 120 patients with T2DM were enrolled in the study:60 patients without macrovascular complications(group B), 60 patients with macrovascular complications(group C),meanwhile 100 individuals served as normal controls(group A). Blood lipids were measured and non-HDL-C was calculated. Results The level of non- HDL-C was successively increased in group A, B and C, (3.04±0.62) mmol/L, ( 3.68±0.56) mmol/L vs (4.64±0.82) mmol/L( P〈0. 01) ;Using receiver operator eharacteristic(ROC) curve to analyze the clinical application value of non-HDL-C in patients with maerovaseular eomplieations of T2DM,non-HDL-C had the largest area under-curve of 0. 845 in group C and had significant difference compared with group B( P〈0.01). Conclusion The increase of non- HDL-C is the risk factor for macrovascular complications of T2DM and has high clinical application value.
