摘　　要：L-蛋氨酸γ-裂解酶是一种磷酸吡哆醛依赖型多功能酶,属于γ-蛋白家族。它能催化L-蛋氨酸及同型半胱氨酸的α,γ-裂解反应,被应用于肿瘤治疗及同型半胱氨酸血症的诊断。综述了蛋氨酸γ-裂解酶的来源,酶学性质,基因克隆与表达,酶的空间结构、活性位点及其应用,并对其在制备及应用中存在的问题和前景作了分析与展望。L-Methionine γ-lyase is a multifunctional enzyme,which belongs to the γ-family of pyridoxal-5′-phosphate （PLP） dependent enzymes. It can eatalyse α,γ-elimination of L-Methionine and Homoeysteine. L-Methionine γ-lyase was developed as an anticancer drug as well as a diagnostic reagent for homocysteinemia. The source, enzyme property, genetic engineering, three-dimensional structure,active sites and application of L-Methionine 3,-lyase were reviewed in this paper, and the long-term potential development of the enzymes was prospected.
