摘　　要：糖尿病与心血管疾病的关系密切,糖耐量异常属于糖尿病前期。糖耐量异常阶段,已有一定程度的高血糖、胰岛素抵抗、内皮素表达增加、糖基化终产物合成并沉积、基质金属蛋白酶表达紊乱,所有这些异常共同导致糖尿病患者血管重塑。现就此作一简要介绍。There is a close relationship between diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular diseases.Impaired glucose tolerance occurs in the early stages of diabetes mellitus.During periods of impaired glucose tolerance,we find hyperglycemia and insulin resistance,endothelin and advanced glycosylation end products increase,and matrix metalloproteinase disorder.All of which lead to vascular remodeling in diabetes mellitus.In this review we provide a broad look at their relationship.
