摘　　要：随着介入器材的发展和介入技术的成熟,球囊成形术和支架置入术已代替外科手术成为主动脉缩窄的首选治疗方式,现综述近年来主动脉缩窄介入治疗的研究进展和治疗效果。Recent advances in interventional equipment and a growing collective experience have made aortic angioplasty and stenting safe and effective alternatives to surgery in patients with coarctation of aorta（CoA）.This review aims to describe the advances in equipment for percutaneous treatment of CoA and survey the efficacy and safety of this technique.
