摘　　要：脑钠肽是一种主要由心室肌细胞合成和分泌的多肽类激素,心肌缺血、坏死、损伤、心室壁张力和容量负荷过重时可刺激其分泌增加。许多研究表明,脑钠肽作为血浆中重要的标记物,对术前病情的评估、手术时机的选择、术后并发症的预测及术后处理等起着重要作用。Brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） is a neurohormone that is synthesized and released predominantly from the ventricular myocardium in response to myocardial ischemia,necrosis,lesion,and the increase of myocyte stretch,and ventricular stress.Many studies have demonstrated that plasma BNP is a marker that plays an important role in the preoperative assessment of the condition,timing of surgery,prediction of post-operative complications and post-operative treatment.
