摘  要:评述了国外BSCCO高温超导(HTS)带材的最新进展。目前,工业轧制的Bi(Ph)-2223多芯带材短样的Jc(77K,0T)高达58000A·cm-2,千米以上长带的Jc(77K,自场)在1×104A·cm-2以上。用BSCCOHTS带村绕制的大线圈在20K产生了高达7T的磁场。在提高带材性能的同时,人们还研究成功许多制取BSCCO带材的改进工艺,其中,带材连续制取工艺可使BSCCO带的成本降低到一般产品的水平。Recent worldwide progress in BSCCO tape fabrication and properties is reviewed. A short multifilamentary composite tape based on Bi (Pb)-2223 HTS and a scalable rolling process has reached a record Jc (77K) of up to 58 000 A. cm-2. Consistently high Jcs (77 K, self-fields) greater than1×104 A. cm-2 have been achieved along the entire lengths of over 1 000 m long for the tapes produced by some companies. Advances in the R&D of BSCCO tapes by the powder-in-tube technique continue to bring these materials closer to commercial applications. Pancake-shaped coils and prototype magnets fabricated from the long tapes, have been tested and characterized. Researches have built a large react and wind coil from Bi (Ph)-2223 tapes which generated a field of 7 T at 20 K. Much improved and simpler methods of producing Bi (Ph)-2223 tapes have been developed in recent years. Especially, some innovative continuous manufacturing processes have been developed and the amount of silver has been reduced.
