摘　　要：尾加压素Ⅱ最初是从硬骨鱼中发现的环状多肽,是迄今为止发现的收缩血管活性最强的物质。现就近年来尾加压素Ⅱ与心肌重塑的研究进展做一综述。Urotensin-Ⅱ,a cyclic peptide originally found in the Goby fish,is the most potent vasoconstrictor.Urotensin-Ⅱ has been linked to vascular and cardiac remodeling.This article briefly reviews recent studies on urotensin-Ⅱ and myocardial remodeling.
