摘　　要：近来研究发现,在冠状动脉再灌注开始时对冠脉进行几轮短暂、重复的再灌注/闭塞过程,随后恢复冠脉血流,即"缺血后适应",可明显保护心脏,减轻缺血/再灌注损伤,现就后适应的研究做一综述。Recently,some research has suggested that repetitive ischemia applied during early reperfusion,and postconditioning is cardio-protective by attenuating reperfusion injury.In this article,we will review current knowledge of postconditioning in this field.
