摘　　要：用冷轧和再结晶退火技术制备了YBCO超导厚膜用的立方织构Ni基带。并且，对所制备的立方织构Ni基带进行了X射线衍射研究。提出并讨论了Ni基带立方织构质量评价实验中容易出现的问题。High quality, sharp cube textured Ni substrates for YBCO thick films have been fabricated by a cold rolling and recrystallization annealing process. The prevalent quality evaluation of the cube textured Ni substrate are studied..
