尿液干化学检验不同检测系统结果比对的建立与评价

摘　　要：目的探讨4台迪瑞H-500干化学尿液分析仪测定结果间的符合程度。方法以本科参加卫生部EQA的H-500仪器作为试验仪器,另3台仪器结果与之比对。对2008年每日室内阳性质控在4台H-500干化学尿液分析仪上的266例结果进行符合率统计。每月对4台仪器进行一次小比对(每次5个新鲜阳性尿液标本),每6个月进行一次大比对(每次20个标本),共138例。分别对两组数据进行统计分析。结果仪器结果与靶值的符合率除H3的UBG和H4的GLU为97.7%和98.5%外,其余项目均为100%。比对仪器与试验仪器间比对(新鲜阳性尿液标本)除LEUκ值在0.40～0.75间处,其余项目κ值均大于0.75。结论试验仪器与比对仪器间的结果高度一致,本科室任意一台尿分析仪的检验结果都可互认。Objective To explore the consistency of results among four DIRUI dry chemistry analyzers in the laboratory. Methods The H-500 analyzer which took part in the EQA was chosen to be the experimental analyzer in the research,while the rest three as the comparison analyzer to contrast. According to the 266 positive results of IQC from the four dry chemistry urine analyzers, the consistency of these analyzers was calculated. The small scale comparison was carried out every month （using 5 fresh positive urine samples） ; meanwhile the big scale comparison was carried out every six month （using 20 urine samples）. The statistic analysis was processed basing on the total 138 result. Results The consistency was almost 100% ,except that the H3＇s UBG was 97.7% and H4＇s GLU was 98.5%. The k value was no less than 0.75 except the LEU which was rang from 0.4 to 0.75 between the experimental analyzer and comparison analyzer. Conclusion There are high consistency between experimental analyzer and comparison analyzer, the results from any urine analyzer can be accepted each other.
