摘　　要：目的评价Sysmex UF-1000i尿液有形成分分析仪的性能。方法分别检测各项参数(RBC、WBC、EC、CAST、BACT)的精密度、准确度、线性范围、携带污染、可比性以及验证生物参考区间。结果批内、批间精密度CV值、携带污染、准确度、线性等均在仪器要求范围内。结论Sysmex UF-1000i尿液有形成分分析仪各项性能均符合仪器要求范围,可用于临床尿液沉渣分析检测。Objective To evaluate the function of Sysmex UF-1000i Urine Sedimentary analyzer. Methods A series of tests with Sysmex UF-1000i sedimentary analyzer of precision, accuracy,linear range, contamination rate were detected, as well as the biological reference interval was virified. Results Precision,accuracy,linearity,contamination rate and biological reference interval of Sysmex UF-1000i were all in the allowable range （supplied by factory authorities）. Conclusion The performance of the sysmex UF- 1000i Urine Sedimentary analyzer is satisfid.
