摘　　要：资金流量分析方法是一种结合宏观层面和微观层面进行分析的重要研究方法,但其自身的巨大局限性限制了该方法的广泛应用。其局限性主要有理论内核缺失、指标可用性差、固定系数不稳定、金融建模困难等。结合中国实际,可对编制方法、指标设置、统计时效等方面进行相应的改进。The method of funds flow analysis, which combines macro-analysis and microscopic analysis, is very important. However, it cannot be widely used because of its defects. In this paper we point out several limitations that lead to it＇s slowly development. These limitations mainly include the lack of theoretical basis, incomplete practical statistics, unstable fixed coefficient and difficult process to set up a model. Proposed solutions such as improving the way making up the flow of fund, a series of indicators and the time that the flow of fund published are put forward, according to the practice in China.
