摘　　要：本文从对军校学员对于军校环境的满意度调查入手,全面分析新时期军校在培养高科技军事人才过程中环境建设上的优势与劣势,特别是军校基层学员队在管理方式上存在的不足,并提出改进建议。Based on the satisfaction degree research of the cadets to the environment of military academy, this paper comprehensively analyses military academy＇ s advantages and disadvantages of the environmental building in the process of the cultivation of hightech mih＇tary personnel , especially paying attention to the drawbacks of the management modes of the cadet companies, and finally proposes suggestions for improvement.
