摘 要:对秘鲁西海岸马尔科纳地区的含铁沙矿进行了工艺矿物学研究。研究结果表明:该沙矿中TFe 5.5%、MFe 1.41%、Ti 0.54%;金属矿物主要含钛磁铁矿,磁铁矿的矿物成分及其产出状态是决定选矿指标的重要因素;原沙矿中磁铁矿的单体解离度接近85%,未解离的磁铁矿主要与脉石矿物连生,若获得高品位的铁精矿,选矿时需要磨矿。通常按铁精矿含脉石矿物5%计算,理论上铁精矿品位为64.06%,对该类型铁矿的经济评价具有重要的指导意义。The paper studies process mineralogy about the iron sands ore in Marcoan region of western coast in Peru.The study results show that the grade of iron sand are TFe 5.5%、MFe 1.41%、Ti 0.54%.The main metal mineral is titanomagnetite,the mineral composition of the magnetite is the important concentration index.In original iron sand,the mineral liberation degree of magnetite is about 85%,the no dissociation of magnetite is mostly attachment with gangue mineral.The iron sand need be grinding if we want to get high grade iron concentrate.According to the content of gangue mineral is 5% in iron ore concentrate.Towards this type of sand ore,the grade of iron ore concentrate can only reach 64.06% in theory.The study provides some references for economic evaluation of this type of iron ore deposit.
