摘　　要：长期以来,由于对湿地的生态价值不够重视,导致湿地资源被大量破坏,通过立法对湿地资源进行保护已迫在眉睫。主要对我国湿地保护立法现状进行了阐述,对现有湿地保护法律中存在的一些问题进行了分析,并对湿地立法的完善提出了相关见解。For a long time,many wetland resources have been destroyed because of the inefficient attention paid to the ecological value of wetlands.the adoption of legislation on the protection of wetland resources is urgent.In this paper,the status quo of China′s wetland protection legislation is elaborated,and some problems in existing wetland protection laws were analyzed.Then some suggestions for improving the wetlands legislation are put forward.
