半枝莲中黄酮成分的提取纯化及LC-MS检测

摘　　要：提取纯化半枝莲中的黄酮成分.方法:采用醇提法提取半枝莲中的黄酮成分,利用大孔树脂法分离纯化,运用液相色谱-质谱联用法(LC-MS)进行检测.结果:半枝莲黄酮成分主要存在于20%乙醇洗脱部分和40%乙醇洗脱部分.结论:结果说明此提取纯化方法具有可行性.to study the flavonoids in medicine Scutellaria barbata D.Don.Method：the flavonoids in the Scutellaria barbata D.Don were distilled by ethanol, sublimated by macroporous resin and analyzed by LC-MS.Results ：the flavonoids were gotten from the parts desorbing with 20% and 40% ethanol.Conclusion：these methods of distillation and purification are doable.
