省直管县改革的路径分析

摘　　要：目前,各地区省直管县的改革正在如火如荼的展开,由"市管县"到"省管县"已经是大势所趋。省直管县改革关系到整个行政体制改革的全局,必须遵循循序渐进的原则,选择合理的路径。强县扩权,这是省直管县改革的前奏。市县分治,这是省直管县改革的核心。市级行政机构改革是省直管县改革的继续和延伸。Reform of direct provincial supervision of county finance is in full swing, tt ultimately inevitable that city governs county change to direct provincial supervision of county finance. The reform of direct provincial supervision of county finance concerns administrative system reformation, we should adhere to principles that step by step and select rational route. The prelude is giving strong county greater power and the core is cities and counties should he divided and conquered. Reform of city administrative organs is extending of direct provincial supervision of county finance.
