大蒜籽浸液预防日本血吸虫尾蚴感染的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨大蒜籽浸液预防日本血吸虫尾蚴感染的效果以及对皮肤的毒副作用。方法:将实验鼠随机分成3组:涂抹蒜液未清洗感染组(A组,n=24)、涂抹蒜液清洗感染组(B组,n=24)、涂抹脱氯清水感染对照组(C组,n=24),A组小鼠皮肤涂抹大蒜籽浸液后直接用日本血吸虫尾蚴感染;B组小鼠皮肤涂抹大蒜籽浸液用泥浆水洗擦后感染日本血吸虫尾蚴,观察防护作用,另以大蒜籽浸液涂于小鼠腹部,观察对皮肤的毒副作用;C组小鼠腹部皮肤涂抹脱氯蒸馏水。结果:A组小鼠日本血吸虫尾蚴的感染率为零,减虫率达100.00%;B组小鼠感染率为52.38%,减虫率为80.02%,小鼠皮肤未见异常反应。结论:大蒜籽浸液涂肤有防御日本血吸虫感染的作用,对皮肤无明显毒副作用。Objective:To investigate the preventive effects of the dips from garlic seeds on the infection by the Schistosoma Japonicum Cercariae and its toxic and side effects to skin.Methods:mice were divided into the dips from garlic seeds group(group A),muddy water group(group B) and the control group(group C) at random.the dips from garlic seeds was besmeared on the skin of mice and then mice were either directly infected with the Schistosoma Japonicum Cercariae(group A) or infected with the Schistosoma Japonicum Cercariae after washed by muddy water(group B).Meanwhile,the dips from garlic seeds was besmeared on the abdomen of mice to observe its toxic and side effects to skin.Results:None was infected in the dips from garlic seeds group A,the infection percentage of the muddy water group B was 52.38%,and rate of worm reduction was 100.00% and 80.02%.In addition,no obvious injury was observed in the skin of mice when treated with the dips from garlic seeds.Conclusion:the dips from garlic seeds have a significant protection against infection caused by Schistosoma Japonicum Cercariae with little toxic and side effect to skin.
