摘 要:根据全向侧面防爆叉车全工况负载、工作压力和传动效率的分布规律和相互之间的制约关系,确定行走回路的驱动方案及马达的主要技术参数和型号,通过对所选的内曲线径向钢球马达和曲轴径向柱塞马达在低速稳定性、传动效率、"自由轮"工况和系统复杂性等方面进行综合比较,确定采用适合该车的曲轴径向柱塞马达,从而解决驱动系统压力和效率之间的矛盾,提高行走机构全工况范围内的传动效率,实现侧面叉车无级变速、纵横向行驶和微动功能。According to full load condition of flame - proof multi - direction side - loading forklift truck, hydraulic system's operational pressure, transmission efficiency's distribution law and constraint relation among them, the paper determines the hydraulic drive circuit of the truck travel and the main technical parameters and models of the hydraulic motor. And through comparing low speed stability, transmission efficiency, "free wheel" condition and hydraulic system complexities of the selected inner curve radial ball motor and crankshaft radial piston motor, it finds the crankshaft radial piston motor suitable for the truck. The motor can solve the contradiction between drive system's pressure and efficiency, improve the transmission efficiency of travel mechanism under all conditions, and realize the truck's stepless drive, horizontal travel and inch moving functions.
