两种非洛地平药物经济学分析及对高血压患者左室肥厚的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价国产与进口非洛地平药物经济学及两种药物对高血压患者左室肥厚的影响。方法:120例原发性高血压1、2级患者随机分为2组,分别服用国产非洛地平(5mg/次,1次/d)和进口非洛地平(5mg/次,1次/d),每2周随访1次,记录血压情况。结果:1年后,国产非洛地平组治疗费用为540元,进口非洛地平组费用为1404元,降压总有效率分别为63.4%和72.5%,均能明显逆转高血压患者左室肥厚。结论:两组降压总有效率及对左室逆转作用无差异(P>0.05),国产非洛地平的价/效更有优势。Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy and economic effect of two kings of flodipine in treatment of patients with essential hypertension. Methods： 120 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. Group A were given domestic flodipine 5mg and group B were given imported 5mg everyday, the course of treatment in two groups were one year respectively. The treatment effect and the economic cost effect were evaluated. Results：The blood pressure and ultrasonic monitoring values had no significant difference between the two groups（P〉 0. 05）. The total cost of each case was 540 yuan in group A and 1404 yuan in group B, E/C was lower in group A than in the other（P≤0. 05）. Conclusion： Domestic flodipine is superior to imported for the treatment left ventrieular hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertension from the viewpoint of economic.
