精纺毛织物抗起毛起球性能研究

摘　　要：对每种织物样品进行不同次数的刷磨后测试其起球个数,并通过摩擦次数-起球个数曲线分析精纺毛织物的起球特性.实验结果表明,如果没有毛刷的作用,仅靠摩擦精纺毛织物则不易起球;随着刷磨次数的增加,织物表面的起球数先增加,在到达一个峰值后又逐渐减少;织物组织结构和纤维的性质对起球程度影响比较大.The numbers of fabric pilling were tested after different brushing on fabric samples and pilling property of worsted fabric was analyzed by the curve of frictional times to ball numbers.The result shows that the worsted fabric is not easy to pill without brush effect.With the increase of brush times,the pilling numbers increases firstly,then reduce gradually after reaching a peak value.The pilling extent is great influenced by texture structure and fiber property.
