田菁胶在纺织经纱上浆中的应用

摘　　要：研究田菁胶的上浆性能,测试了浆液、浆膜性能,并对添加田菁胶以降低混合浆中PVA的用量进行了浆液粘附力和浆纱测试.测试结果表明,浆液粘度稳定、浆膜柔韧,对纤维素纤维粘着力较大,田菁胶在经纱上浆中取代部分PVA,浆纱效果良好.为纺织厂在浆纱时提供参考.The molecular structure and properties of sesbania gum were introduced,and the performances of size,size film and adhesive force of size mixed with sesbania gum to decrease the usage of PVA were tested by experiments.The results show that the sesbania gum has better viscosity stability,size film and better adhesives to natural fiber,the better sizing effect to PVA can be replaced to some extent.The conclusion can be used as the reference for the textile factories.
