摘  要:于防雨大棚内进行玉米抗旱性栽培试验,在大喇叭口期进行干旱胁迫,期间测定玉米叶片脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、相对含水量、相对电导率、光合作用等指标,对广西主要推广种植的6个玉米品种进行抗旱性鉴定。结果表明,在干旱条件下,较肥土壤上正大619的单株籽粒产量不是最高,但抗旱指数最高,抗旱性综合排名第一;瘠薄土壤上抗旱指数最高的是南校11,其次是正大619,正大619的抗旱性综合排名优势虽然没有在较肥土壤上明显,但仍位居前列。In order to study the drought resistance in maize varieties which are currently cultivated in Guangxi, six maize varieties were planted in greenhouse and drought stress was given for seven days. The proline content, MDA content, relative water content, relative conductivity and photosynthetic parameters in leaves were determined. The results showed that in variety Zhengda 619, though the grain yield per plant was not highest, but it had the highest drought resistant index and comprehensively ranked the first among six maize grown on fertile soil. Amongst the varieties, grown on infertile soil, the drought resistant index of Nanxiao 11 was found to be the highest followed by Zhengda 619.
