摘 要:文章总结了植物化感作用的概念、化感物质的种类及植物与微生物之间的化感作用机制,从利用化感理论指导高效的作物种植模式、建立合理的轮作制度和耕作方式、指导植物抗病育种以及利用化感物质开发生物杀菌剂等4个方面阐述了植物化感作用在植物病害控制中的应用。指出近40年来植物化感作用研究进展不大,还需要进行一些基础性研究,以更好地利用生物间的自然化学调控规律,实现有害生物的可持续治理。Applying plant allelopathy to control plant diseases is a relatively new research direction during recent years. This article summarizes the conception of plant allelopathy, types of allelochemicals, and mechanism of allelopathy operating in plant and microorganism. The technique has been discussed in detail with special emphasis on four aspects including high-efficient crop planting models running successfully with allelopathy application, establishing rational farming and rotation systems, popularizing crop breeding for resistance to disease and developing biological fungicides using allelochemicals. During past forty years, the research on plant allelopathy has not achieved important progress and some basic researches should be carried out for exploiting the ways for sustainable control of harmful organisms, considering the natural chemical regulation laws.
