摘 要:以活性炭负载单质碘为催化剂,合成了7种季戊四醇单缩醛。以正戊醛与季戊四醇的缩合为模型反应进行优化,其优化反应条件为:催化剂负载量为14.3%,催化剂用量为0.5g,季戊四醇14.7mmol,正戊醛17mmol,以25mL DMF为溶剂,反应4小时,单缩醛的产率达67.4%。产物经过元素分析、IR和1HNMR表征。Seven kinds of 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol monoacetals were synthesized through condensation reaction of 2,2-bis( hydroxymethyl)-1, 3-propanediol with aldehydes catalyzed by iodine supported on active carbon, and characterized by element analysis, IR, and ^1HNMR. The reaction conditions of n-valeraldehyde and 2, 2-bis ( hydroxymethyl)-1, 3-propanediol catalyzed by iodine supported on activeed carbon were investigated. Under the optimum reaction conditions( catalyst loaded amount was 14.3% ,catalyst amount was 0.5g, 2,2-bis (hydroxymethyl) -1,3-propanediol was 14. 7mmol, n-valeraldehyde was 17mmol, DMF was 25mL,reaction time was 4h) ,the yield of monoacetal reached 67.4%.
