摘  要:The speciation analysis of lead in Astragalus from different areas was studied.The aqueous solution Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine was extracted based on traditional analytical flowchart program and separated into dissoluble and suspension state by 0.45μm membrane filter,dissoluble state was divided into soluble inorganic and organic state,exchangeable and nonexchangeable state by XAD-16 adsorption resin and Chelex-100 chelating resin.All above metal species were determined by generation-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(HG-ICP-AES).The results show that there are large quantitative differences of lead in from six different areas.dissoluble state was higher than suspension state excluding Astragalus from hei long jiang.organic state and exchangeable state were higher.The speciation analysis of lead in Astragalus from different areas was studied.
